Shelley and I took our first Disney trip together on October 6-10, 2000. We stayed at the Swan hotel right outside Epcot and the Boardwalk. On the last day of our visit, she talked me into visiting the DVC showroom. Perhaps it was the building headcold and fever, but I agreed to buy into the DVC timeshare, which led to all of the many wonderful Disney World trips that I've taken since.
